Ortho Morph

Turn treatment progress photos into a smooth smile-transformation video.

Everything runs in your browser. Your photos never leave your device — this page makes no uploads.

Three photos in, one smooth transformation out. The smile below is AI-generated — not a real patient — and was morphed by this exact tool.

1Add photos

2 to 24 progress photos taken from a similar angle, in treatment order. Best results when the framing barely changes between shots. Drag a thumbnail to reorder.

How it works

Ortho Morph aligns your photos to each other, computes the motion between each consecutive pair (optical flow), then warps and blends along that motion so features travel instead of fading. Where no true correspondence exists — something appearing or disappearing — it eases into a clean cross-dissolve instead of smearing. The video is encoded right in the browser with your device's own hardware — nothing is uploaded, which makes it a fit for patient photos.

Built with OpenCV compiled to WebAssembly, and the WebCodecs API. Works best in a current Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
